Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Times: Orders are processed within one to two business days. Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Domestic: three to five business days
- International: seven to ten business days

2. Shipping Costs: The registered shipping is complimentary for all orders. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

3. Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via registered mail by The Swiss Post.

4. Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail to monitor your package.

5. Signature Requirement: For security purposes, a signature is required upon delivery.

Return Policy

1. Return Period: You can return your handbag within five days of receipt.

2. Condition: The handbag must be in its condition as displayed on the photos on the webpage, unused by client, and with all tags and packaging intact. For handbags with removed tags we offer a SwissLuxuryClub refund voucher.

3. Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and instructions (hier Link zu contact form).

4. Shipping Costs for Returns: Return shipping is complimentary. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within seven business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For returns without all tags attached a refund voucher will be e-mailed to you within seven business days.
